Power Offline Coaching— 90 min
A fun outdoor session in the park: warm-up, bodyweight exercises (all levels) and light mobility you can repeat daily, then we finish in a café with a matcha or tea to review your plan.
You’ll learn the basics of a healthy lifestyle:
